Ingredients for - Texas Cowboy Baked Beans

1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Baked beans with pork - 4 (16 ounce) cans
3. Canned chopped green chile peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can
4. Vidalia onion, peeled and chopped - 1 small
5. Barbeque sauce - 1 cup
6. Brown sugar - ½ cup
7. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™), or to taste - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Texas Cowboy Baked Beans

1. Stage

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain fat, and set aside.

2. Stage

In a 3 1/2 quart or larger slow cooker, combine the ground beef, baked beans, green chiles, onion and barbeque sauce. Season with brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or low for 4 to 5 hours. CKG
