1. Roma tomato, chopped - 1
2. Fresh green beans, cut into 1/2 inch pieces - 1 ½ cups
3. Cucumber, cut into 1/2 inch cubes - 1
4. Cubed papaya - 1 ½ cups
5. Cloves garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Fresh Thai or Serrano chile, finely minced - 1
7. Lemon, juiced - 1
8. Limes, juiced - 2
9. Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
10. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
11. Roasted peanuts, chopped - ½ cup
12. Cilantro leaves, chopped - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Thai-Inspired Confetti Salad

1. Stage

Combine tomato, beans, cucumber, and papaya in a large bowl. Toss with garlic and chile pepper.

2. Stage

Stir together lemon juice, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over papaya mixture and toss. Sprinkle peanuts and cilantro on top and serve.
