Ingredients for - Three-Meat Italian Meatballs

1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Ground turkey - 1 pound
3. Ground Italian sausage - 1 pound
4. Onion, diced - 1 large
5. Eggs - 2
6. Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs - ½ cup
7. Quick cooking oats - ½ cup
8. Italian-style seasoning - 2 tablespoons
9. Vegetable oil, or as needed - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Three-Meat Italian Meatballs

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine ground meat, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, oats, and seasoning in a large bowl. Shape into 2-inch diameter balls.

3. Stage

Heat enough vegetable oil in a large saute pan to be 1/2 inch deep. Brown meatballs in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a glass baking dish.
