7. Milk 1 ½ cups
8. Eggs, separated, divided 2 large
9. Unsalted butter, melted 3 tablespoons
10. Honey 2 tablespoons
11. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
12. Bananas, thinly sliced 2 medium
13. Chopped walnuts ½ cup
14. Vegetable oil, or as needed 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and ginger in a large bowl.

Combine milk, egg yolks, melted butter, honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir into the flour mixture and mix briefly to form a lumpy batter.
