1. Baby carrots - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Mushrooms, chopped - 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Red potatoes, peeled and chopped - 4
4. Yellow potatoes, peeled and cubed - 4
5. Yellow onions, chopped - 2 medium
6. Sweet potato, peeled and chopped - 1 large
7. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
8. Beef stew meat, cubed - 2 pounds
9. Irish stout beer (such as Guinness® Extra Stout) - 2 (15 ounce) cans
10. Beef broth - 1 (16 ounce) can
11. Bay leaves - 3
12. Dried parsley - 2 tablespoons
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
14. Cold water - ¼ cup
15. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Triple Potato Beef Stew

1. Stage

Place carrots, mushrooms, red potatoes, yellow potatoes, onions, sweet potatoes, and green onions into a large pot. Place beef on top of the vegetables; add beer, broth, bay leaves, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

2. Stage

Mix cold water and flour together in a bowl and stir into the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer, stirring often, until stew reaches desired consistency and beef is no longer pink, at least 2 1/2 hours.
