1. Tuna packed in oil, drained 1 (5 ounce) can
2. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
3. Minced shallot, divided 1 tablespoon
4. Minced capers, divided 1 tablespoon
5. Fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
7. Seed crackers (such as Mary's Gone Crackers™) 20
8. Arugula 40 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Tuna and Caper Bites

1 . Stage

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, 1/2 of the shallot, 1/2 of the capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

2 . Stage

Place crackers on a serving platter. Place 2 arugula leaves, torn in half, on each cracker. Divide tuna mixture among the crackers. Sprinkle with remaining shallot and capers.
