How to cook deliciously - Waffle buns with streusel
1. Stage
The first thing we put from the warm milk, 2 tsp. sugar and yeast to sourdough, for 15 minutes in the heat. Mix the flour, remaining sugar and salt. Pour the prepared sourdough into the dry mixture, add the egg and stir. Add soft butter and knead into a soft dough. Remove to the heat for 1 hour.
2. Stage
In the meantime you can make the filling. Mix cottage cheese, butter, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla. Lightly beat with a mixer. Then add the starch and stir well. Put it in the fridge for now. Let's make at once and streusel. Mix flour, sugar and cold butter. Rub with your hands into crumbs and put also in the refrigerator.
3. Stage
Roll out the dough into a layer and put our cottage cheese mixture on it. Roll into a roll, cut into 12 pieces and place on the baking tray with the cut side up. Sprinkle our streusel on top. And put it in a preheated oven to 180'C for 20-25 minutes.

Bake the finished buns until they are nicely browned.
