1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
2. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour -
3. 2 large eggs, beaten -
4. 1/2 cup whole milk -
5. 2 cans (6 ounces each) flaked crabmeat, drained -
6. 1/3 cup chopped green onions -
7. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley -
8. 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese -
9. 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches) -

How to cook deliciously - Winning Crab Quiche

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in the crab, onion, parsley and cheese. Spoon into the pastry shell.

2. Stage

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
