1. 1 tablespoon canola oil -
2. 1 pound lean ground turkey -
3. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced -
4. 2 green onions, thinly sliced -
5. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
6. 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil -
7. 2 tablespoons lime juice -
8. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
9. 1 to 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce -
10. 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute blend equivalent to 1 tablespoon sugar -
11. 12 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves -
12. 1 medium cucumber, julienned -
13. 1 medium carrot, julienned -
14. 2 cups bean sprouts -

How to cook deliciously - Asian Lettuce Wraps

1. Stage

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey; cook 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Add jalapeno, green onions and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer. Stir in basil, lime juice, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and sugar; heat through.

2. Stage

To serve, place turkey mixture in lettuce leaves; top with cucumber, carrot and bean sprouts. Fold lettuce over filling.
