1. Lean ground pork - 1 pound
2. Minced ginger - 1 tablespoon
3. CAMPBELL'S® 30% Less Sodium Ready To Use Thai Chicken Broth - 2 cups
4. Green onions, sliced - 2
5. Carrot, diced - 1 large
6. Red bell pepper, diced - 1
7. Hoisin sauce - ¼ cup
8. Boston lettuce - 16 leaves

How to cook deliciously - CAMPBELL'S® Thai Tacos

1. Stage

In large non-stick skillet, cook pork with ginger until pork is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in broth and cook until reduced by about half, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in green onions, carrot, red pepper, and hoisin and cook just until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes more.

Serve pork mixture in lettuce leaves.
