1. Green cabbage, shredded - ½ head
2. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1
3. Red onion, thinly sliced - ½
4. Carrots, peeled and shredded - 2
5. Mango - peeled, seeded, and diced - 1
6. Fresh cilantro, chopped - ½ cup
7. Nonfat plain yogurt - ⅓ cup
8. Reduced-fat mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
9. Prepared yellow mustard - 1 tablespoon
10. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
11. Agave nectar - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
13. Habanero hot sauce, or more to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Caribbean Slaw

1. Stage

Toss the cabbage, red bell pepper, red onion, carrots, mango, and cilantro together in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, agave nectar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce together in a small bowl; pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Allow the slaw to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine.
