1. PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray -
2. Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs - ½ (28 ounce) package
3. Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained - 1 (10 ounce) can
4. Taco seasoning mix - 1 tablespoon
5. Shredded Mexican blend cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cheesy Taco Potato Puff Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Stage

Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place potato puffs and drained tomatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with taco seasoning; toss together.

3. Stage

Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp, turning gently once halfway. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
