Ingredients for - Chicken Taco Casserole

1. Shredded, cooked chicken - 4 cups
2. Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) - 2 (10.5 ounce) cans
3. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained - 1 (10 ounce) can
5. Light sour cream - 1 cup
6. Reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix - 1 (1 ounce) envelope
7. Coarsely crushed tortilla chips - 5 cups
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 2 cups
9. Tomato, chopped, or to taste (Optional) - 1 medium
10. Chopped green onions, or to taste (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
11. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Taco Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Stir chicken, condensed soup, black beans, tomatoes and green chiles, sour cream, and seasoning mix together in a large bowl.

3. Stage

Spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with 3 cups crushed tortilla chips and 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Layer with remaining chicken and chips. Cover the dish.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Cheddar.

5. Stage

Cover the dish again and bake until hot and bubbling and the cheese is melted, about 10 more minutes.

6. Stage

Sprinkle with tomato, green onion, and cilantro before serving.
