1. Sour cream 15% - 100 gram
2. Bell pepper - 100 gram
3. Tomatoes - 100 gram
4. Bulb onions - 50 gram
5. Pike - 500 gram
6. Melted fat - 50 gram
7. Salt - taste
8. Black pepper - taste

How to cook deliciously - Transcarpathian pike

1. Stage

Clean and gut the pike. Cut into slices.

2. Stage

Finely chop the onion and fry it in the pan in a saucepan until soft.

Add fish to the onion and sauté for another couple of minutes.
