How to cook deliciously - Plum Chutney
1. Stage
Wash the plums well and remove the seeds. Pass the plum with pepper and garlic through a meat grinder. Add tomato paste, sugar and salt. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Stage
Arrange plum chutney in sterile jars and roll up. Flip down the covers, cover with a blanket until completely cooled.
