How to cook deliciously - Cutlets from a Bavarian chef
1 . Stage
The first secret to these cutlets is fresh mushrooms. Whatever you can find! I have mushrooms.

Finely chop a large onion, garlic, mushrooms and. Sauerkraut (that's secret number two!).

In a heated frying pan put pieces of butter (about 80 grams) and lightly fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms in it. Allow to cool.

The stuffing can also be fattier. I have a mix of beef and pork. Add chopped sauerkraut and soaked buns to the stuffing.

Add a spoonful of mustard, grated horseradish, marjoram, salt, and pepper. The recipe calls for adding a spoonful of curry, but I didn't like that "note". I will not add more curry.

Add the cooled fried mushrooms and onions to the stuffing. Finely chopped parsley. Mix well.

Form small cutlets and fry them on a heated frying pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.
