Ingredients for - Easy Squash Casserole

1. Pepperidge Farm® Cornbread Stuffing 3 cups
2. Butter OR margarine, melted ¼ cup
3. Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Sour cream ½ cup
5. Yellow squash, shredded 2 small
6. Zucchini, shredded 2 small
7. Shredded carrot ¼ cup
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Squash Casserole

1 . Stage

Mix stuffing and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup stuffing mixture and spoon remaining into a 2 quart shallow baking dish.

2 . Stage

Mix soup, sour cream, yellow squash, zucchini, carrot and cheese. Spread over stuffing mixture and sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.

3 . Stage

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until hot.
