Ingredients for - Easy Squash Casserole

1. Pepperidge Farm® Cornbread Stuffing - 3 cups
2. Butter OR margarine, melted - ¼ cup
3. Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Sour cream - ½ cup
5. Yellow squash, shredded - 2 small
6. Zucchini, shredded - 2 small
7. Shredded carrot - ¼ cup
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Squash Casserole

1. Stage

Mix stuffing and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup stuffing mixture and spoon remaining into a 2 quart shallow baking dish.

2. Stage

Mix soup, sour cream, yellow squash, zucchini, carrot and cheese. Spread over stuffing mixture and sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.

3. Stage

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until hot.
