Ingredients for - Focaccia Turkey Sandwich

1. Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, or more to taste - 2 large
2. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
3. Focaccia bread, cut in half horizontally - 1 (12 ounce) loaf
4. Sliced deli turkey meat - 8 ounces
5. Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced - 8 ounces
6. Roasted red peppers, drained and chopped - 1 (6 ounce) jar
7. Sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped - 3 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Focaccia Turkey Sandwich

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. Stage

Drain and seed chipotle peppers. Combine chipotle peppers and mayonnaise in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended.

3. Stage

Spread mayonnaise mixture on bottom half of focaccia. Top with turkey, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and remaining focaccia. Wrap in aluminum foil.

4. Stage

Heat sandwich in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into 6 individual sandwiches. Serve hot.
