1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Mix peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, curry powder, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.

Place chicken onto the preheated grill. Brush 1/2 of the sauce over chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining sauce. Continue cooking until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 6 to 8 more minutes.
