3. Taco seasoning mix - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
4. Shredded lettuce - 1 ½ cups
5. Sliced black olives, drained - 1 (3.25 ounce) can
6. Shredded Mexican cheese blend - 1 cup
7. Crispy tostada shells - 6

How to cook deliciously - Ground Beef and Potato Tostadas

1. Stage

Crumble beef in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until the fat has started to render, about 2 minutes. Stir in potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes more.
