7. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup
8. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
10. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
11. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt - ½ teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Flour tortillas - 8 (10 inch)
15. Enchilada sauce - 2 cups
16. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Homemade Chicken Enchiladas

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, cream cheese, and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese in hot oil until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
