1. Stage

In a saucepan, mix ginger, sliced in thin slices of lemon, sugar and tartar cream. Put on medium heat and slowly bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1.5 liters of cold water and yeast, mix, cover and place in a cool place overnight.

The next day, strain through cheesecloth and pour into sterilized bottles, leaving some space on top. Close tightly and refrigerate, checking every 3-4 hours and slightly unscrewing the lid to release bubbles. After 2-3 days, you can try.
