1. Rolled oats - 4 ½ cups
2. Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
3. Honey - 1 ¼ cups
4. Wheat germ - ¾ cup
5. Chopped raw cashews, optional - ½ cup
6. Chopped raw almonds, optional - ½ cup
7. Vegetable oil - ⅓ cup
8. Flaked coconut, optional - ¼ cup
9. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Homemade Granola Cereal

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

Mix oats, flour, honey, wheat germ, cashews, almonds, vegetable oil, coconut, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt together in a large bowl; spread onto a baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, stir, and increase heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Continue cooking until granola is golden brown, about 10 minutes more. Cool granola completely before storing in an airtight container.
