1. 1 large egg, lightly beaten -
2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
3. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning -
4. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -
5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
6. 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each) -

How to cook deliciously - Parmesan Tilapia

1. Stage

First, preheat oven to 425°F. Place the egg in a shallow bowl and whisk to just combine. In another shallow bowl, combine the cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes and pepper. Dip the front and back of the fillets first into the egg bowl and then into the cheese mixture.

2. Stage

Place fillets in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork or about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven; serve.
