1. Libby's® Pear Halves 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Eggs 2
3. Sugar 1 cup
4. Flour 2 cups
5. Salt 1 teaspoon
6. Baking soda 2 teaspoons
7. Butter, softened 4 tablespoons
8. Confectioners' sugar 3 cups
9. Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
10. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
11. Milk, or more as needed 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Pear Cake with Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x13 baking pan.

2 . Stage

Cut pears into bite-sized pieces, reserving juice.

3 . Stage

In large bowl, stir eggs and sugar together. Add pears and juice, stirring to combine. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Pour into greased pan.

4 . Stage

Bake at 350 degrees for 23-30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

5 . Stage

Cool before frosting.

6 . Stage

Place butter in mixing bowl.

7 . Stage

Sift together powdered sugar and cinnamon. Add to mixing bowl and beat with vanilla.

8 . Stage

Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
