How to cook deliciously - Potato pancakes with salted salmon and mustard sauce
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Peel the potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess juice. Put the grated potatoes in a bowl and add the finely chopped chives, melted butter and a little salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a wide frying pan over medium to high heat. Place a spoonful and a half of the potato mixture in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Place on a baking tray. Heat in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 150 degrees.

For the sauce: mix the mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the olive oil in a thin stream and whisk to make a smooth sauce.
