1. 1 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 1/4 c. Fresh rosemary leaves -
3. 1/4 c. coarsely chopped chives -
5. 24 flour tortillas -
6. 1 1/4 lb. fresh mozzarella -
8. 3 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper -
11. 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese -
12. 32 slice very thin slices prosciutto di Parma -
How to cook deliciously - Prosciutto di Parma-Black Pepper Quesadillas with Rosemary Oil
1. Stage
Combine the oil, rosemary, chives, and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth. Pour through a fine strainer; store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Cut into quarters, top each with 1 slice of prosciutto, and drizzle with a little rosemary oil.
