1. Rolled oats - ⅓ cup
2. Canned pumpkin - ¼ cup
3. Nonfat dry milk powder - 3 tablespoons
4. Soy protein isolate - 2 tablespoons
5. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
6. Granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
8. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Spice Protein Breakfast Cookie

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stage

Mix oats, pumpkin, milk powder, soy protein isolate, flour, sucralose sweetener, cinnamon, and baking powder together in a medium bowl. Flatten dough out onto the baking sheet to form 1 large cookie, or scoop dough into smaller cookies.
