Ingredients for - Ragu Bolognese

1. Extra virgin olive oil - ½ cup
2. Butter - ½ cup
3. Minced onion - 1 cup
4. Minced celery - ½ cup
5. Minced carrot - ¼ cup
6. Ground veal - 1 pound
7. Ground pork - 1 pound
8. Ground beef - ½ pound
9. Finely chopped pancetta bacon - ¼ cup
10. Milk - ½ cup
11. Tomato sauce - 2 cups
12. Beef broth - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Ragu Bolognese

1. Stage

Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion, celery and carrots until soft. Add veal, pork, beef and pancetta, and cook until evenly brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Pour in milk, and cook until liquid has evaporated, about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth. Cover, and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
