How to cook deliciously - Ribs with Potato Salad
1. Stage
Rinse the ribs. In a blender, fold the leaves of thyme, balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l., pickled peppers, tomatoes, 5 tbsp. l water and salt, interrupt everything until smooth.

Lubricate the ribs on all sides with the resulting paste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut the champignons into slices. Chop the onion.

Boil potatoes until cooked in salted water. Cool and clean.

Finely chop the parsley.

Bake the ribs at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Mix the vegetable broth with the remaining balsamic vinegar, add 2 tbsp. l oil from under the tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Cut potatoes into circles, add to the cooked marinade, add mushrooms, onions and parsley. Mix everything carefully. We add raw mushrooms in this salad, but you can fry them a little or bake in the oven if you wish.
