How to cook deliciously - Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms

1. Stage

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Next, add the mushrooms and saute until tender, about two minutes. Toss in the garlic and cook for about a minute longer. Add the spinach in batches and stir until it wilts about one minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
