2. Egg 1 large
3. All-purpose flour ½ cup
4. Dry bread crumbs ¼ cup
5. Creole seasoning 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper 1 pinch
7. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips 2 (5 ounce)
8. Oil for frying, or as needed ½ cup

1 . Stage

Mix milk and egg together in a medium bowl. Mix flour, bread crumbs, Creole seasoning, and pepper together in a second bowl until well combined.
