1. Milk - ¼ cup
2. Egg - 1 large
3. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
4. Dry bread crumbs - ¼ cup
5. Creole seasoning - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
7. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips - 2 (5 ounce)
8. Oil for frying, or as needed - ½ cup

1. Stage

Mix milk and egg together in a medium bowl. Mix flour, bread crumbs, Creole seasoning, and pepper together in a second bowl until well combined.

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
