How to cook deliciously - Spinach salad with fresh mushrooms
1. Stage
Wash and dry the mushrooms and separate the stems (we will only use the caps). Slice the caps, drizzle with lemon juice, stir and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Fry the onion in olive oil until softened.
