Ingredients for - Stir-Fried Rice

1. Oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Eggs, lightly beaten - 3 large
3. Frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Chicken broth - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Minute® White Rice, uncooked - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Stir-Fried Rice

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook beaten eggs in hot oil until set, stirring occasionally. Remove scrambled eggs to a plate; set aside.

2. Stage

Add vegetables, broth, and soy sauce to the same skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir scrambled eggs into rice mixture. Serve hot.
