Ingredients for - Strawberry Banana Pineapple Bites

1. Crushed pineapple in juice, drained and juice reserved - 1 (8 ounce) can
2. Bananas, peeled and chopped - 2
3. Chopped fresh strawberries - 1 ½ cups
4. Low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1 (6 ounce) container
5. Low-fat cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
7. Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps® - 2 (14 ounce) packages
8. Honey for drizzling - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry Banana Pineapple Bites

1. Stage

Place bananas in a bowl; add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. Toss to coat bananas. Drain. Mix in chopped strawberries.

2. Stage

Mix cream cheese with a hand mixer at low speed in a small bowl until smooth. Add vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract; beat until combined. Fold in drained pineapple.

3. Stage

Place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on Pretzel Crisps®. Top with chopped bananas and strawberries. Drizzle with honey. Arrange Pretzel Crisps® on a serving tray. Cover tray with plastic wrap.

4. Stage

Refrigerate for no more than 2 hours.
