Ingredients for - Turkey Curry

1. 1 cup sliced celery -
2. 1/2 cup sliced carrots -
3. 1 cup fat-free milk -
4. 2 tablespoons cornstarch -
5. 3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth -
6. 2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken -
7. 2 tablespoons dried minced onion -
8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder -
9. 1 to 4 teaspoons curry powder -
10. Hot cooked rice, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Curry

1. Stage

Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray. Saute the celery and carrots until tender.

2. Stage

In a bowl, whisk 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch until smooth. Add the broth and remaining milk and whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and bring it to a boil. Cook and stir for two minutes or until the liquid has thickened.

3. Stage

Add the turkey, onion, garlic powder and curry powder. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, if desired. Editor's Tip: You can make curry with turkey as spicy (or mild) as you like. Simply adjust the amount of curry powder to suit your tastes.
