How to cook deliciously - Vegetable stew with turnips

Peel onions and turnips and cut into small cubes

Heat oil in a latte (or in a pan with a thick bottom, I did not fit everything into one container) and fry all chopped vegetables in it until golden.

Combine the roasted vegetables in a latke, add potatoes, pour half a cup of water (although the vegetables will give the juice, in general, as appropriate), cover with a lid and stew over low heat.

In 20 minutes add peas (I also use water from canned peas), tomatoes, spices, salt, celery, tomato paste, if necessary, add more water. Stir, cover and stew until tender, 30-40 minutes

Five minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs and garlic through a garlic masher. Done.
