Ingredients for - Zucchini Casserole

1. Herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix - 4 ounces
2. Melted butter - ⅓ cup
3. Cubed zucchini - 4 cups
4. Carrots, grated - 2 medium
5. Onion, chopped - 1 small
6. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
7. Sour cream - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine stuffing mix and butter in a small bowl.

3. Stage

Combine zucchini, carrots, and onion in a separate bowl; add condensed soup and sour cream. Stir in 1/2 of the stuffing mixture. Transfer to a 9x13-inch casserole dish and sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
