2. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
3. Eggs - 3 extra large
4. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
5. Dry Italian-style salad dressing mix - 1 (.7 ounce) package
6. Olive oil for frying, or as needed - ½ cup

1. Stage

Process cauliflower in a food processor finely minced; transfer to a large bowl.

Stir flour, eggs, baking powder, and Italian Dressing mix into cauliflower.
