Ingredients for - Caveman Chili

1. Ground pork - 2 pounds
2. Bacon, chopped - 8 thick slices
3. Diced tomatoes, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Green bell peppers, chopped - 3 small
6. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
7. Chili seasoning (such as McCormick®) - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
8. Garlic powder, or more to taste - 1 pinch
9. Onion powder, or more to taste - 1 pinch
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
11. Ground cayenne pepper, or more to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Caveman Chili

1. Stage

Place pork in a skillet over medium heat; season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Transfer pork to a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Place bacon in the hot skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Transfer bacon to the slow cooker.

3. Stage

Combine drained tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, and tomato paste in the slow cooker. Add seasoning packet, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper; stir to combine.

4. Stage

Cook on Low until flavors have combined, about 6 hours.
