How to cook deliciously - Cheesecake Tiramisu
1 . Stage
Grind the cookies in a blender, add the melted butter and a spoonful of ground coffee. Mix well.

Line the bottom of a 24 cm cake tin with baking paper. Place the prepared mixture on the paper, pressing down to the bottom with a spoon.

Boil 100g of strong black coffee. Cool it down. Pour into a bowl. Dip the Savoyardi cookies in the coffee, dipping only one side for 2 seconds.

And immediately lay it out on top of the buttery cookies. Wet side up! This is important!
5 . Stage
Cover the bottom completely with cookies. If the whole cookie doesn't fit, cut off a piece. The enclosure is ready!

For the filling: mix mascarpone, yolks, powdered sugar, flour, cream. Beat with a mixer, taking care not to create lumps.

Pour the filling on the casing. Bake at 170 g for about 50 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door and cool the cake without taking it out. Warm cake "go around" the circle of the form with a knife. Put the cooled cake into the fridge, preferably overnight. The middle of the cake will fall, don't be frightened... everything goes according to plan!
8 . Stage
Whip the cream to decorate the cake. Fill a baking bag with cream.
9 . Stage
Fill the entire top of the cake, making little mounds ( I don't know what to call it...) You can serve!
