Ingredients for - Chicken breast stuffed with bulgur and cranberries
How to cook deliciously - Chicken breast stuffed with bulgur and cranberries
1. Stage
For the filling I used wheat bulgur. Boil it until tender according to the instructions on the package
2. Stage
Chop the uncooked bacon and onion finely.
3. Stage
Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the bacon and onion until transparent.
4. Stage
Mix the bulgur with the fried onions and bacon, add the cranberries (can be frozen) and soy sauce. Stir and set aside for now. I didn't add salt as the soy sauce is quite salty.
5. Stage
Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with a napkin. Make an assembly cut to make a "pocket".
6. Stage
Turn the fillets with their pockets facing up. Rub the fillets with salt and lemon juice.
7. Stage
Fill the chicken "pockets" with bulgur filling.
8. Stage
Pour water into a baking dish, put the stuffed chicken fillets in it and place in the preheated oven. Cook for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Everyone's oven is different, so use your own oven as a guide.
