Ingredients for - Clamato® Shrimp Ceviche Style

1. Cooked shrimp - 2 pounds
2. Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
3. Fresh jalapeno chile, seeded and minced - 1
4. Cucumber, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced - 1
5. Cilantro, finely chopped - ½ bunch
6. Limes, juiced - 2
7. Clamato® Tomato Cocktail - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Clamato® Shrimp Ceviche Style

1. Stage

In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeno, cucumber and cilantro.

2. Stage

Add lime juice and Clamato®; toss to mix well.

3. Stage

Chill in refrigerator 20-30 minutes.

4. Stage

Serve cold with tostadas (hard tortillas) or soda crackers.
