Ingredients for - Classic Cauliflower au Gratin

1. Cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 large head
2. Light sour cream - 1 cup
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
4. Diced onion - ½ cup
5. Melted butter - 3 tablespoons
6. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Panko bread crumbs - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Classic Cauliflower au Gratin

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook uncovered until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.

Combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion, melted butter, red pepper flakes, and salt in a baking dish. Mix in cauliflower. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
