Ingredients for - Classic Cauliflower au Gratin

1. Cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces 1 large head
2. Light sour cream 1 cup
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup
4. Diced onion ½ cup
5. Melted butter 3 tablespoons
6. Red pepper flakes, or to taste 2 tablespoons
7. Salt ¼ teaspoon
8. Panko bread crumbs ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Classic Cauliflower au Gratin

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook uncovered until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.

3 . Stage

Combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion, melted butter, red pepper flakes, and salt in a baking dish. Mix in cauliflower. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
