How to cook deliciously - Puff pastry pie

1. Stage

Cover the bottom of the mold with baking paper, grease the bottom and sides of the mold with oil. Lightly sprinkle flour onto the work surface and roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick.

Cut a circle with a diameter of 30 cm from the dough, put the dough in a mold, forming even sides.

Put the form with the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Cook the filling. Grind sugar with eggs, add cream cheese, flour and vanilla extract, mix thoroughly.
