5. Green onions, chopped, or to taste - ½ bunch
6. Sour cream - ½ cup
7. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
8. Garlic, pressed - 2 cloves
9. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
