1. 1 beef top sirloin steak (1-1/2 pounds) -
2. 1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning -
3. 1 pound small fresh mushrooms -
4. 1/4 cup butter, cubed -
5. 1/2 cup beef broth -
6. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -
7. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
8. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Steaks with Mushroom Sauce

1. Stage

Cut your steak into four pieces; sprinkle with steak seasoning. Grill the steaks, covered, over medium heat, or broil 4 inches from heat for five to seven minutes per side, or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 135°F; for medium, 140°; and for medium-well, 145°).

2. Stage

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in the Dijon mustard, beef broth, dried rosemary and thyme. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by about half. Serve over the top of the steaks.
