1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Red potatoes, finely diced - 6
3. Onion, diced - 1
4. Carrots, thinly sliced - 5
5. Water, divided - 1 ½ cups
6. Tomato-vegetable juice cocktail - 1 (46 fluid ounce) bottle
7. Frozen green beans - 2 cups
8. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Home-Style Vegetable Beef Soup

1. Stage

Cook and stir beef, potatoes, and onion in a large pot over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Cover and continue simmering, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, place carrots and 1/2 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until carrots are tender, about 5 minutes.
