Ingredients for - Irish Chicken and Dumplings

1. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
2. Water - 3 cups
3. Chopped celery - 1 cup
4. Onions, quartered - 2
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Poultry seasoning - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4
9. Carrots, sliced - 5
10. Frozen green peas - 1 (10 ounce) package
11. Potatoes, quartered - 4
12. Baking mix - 3 cups
13. Milk - 1 ⅓ cups

How to cook deliciously - Irish Chicken and Dumplings

1. Stage

In large, heavy pot, combine soup, water, chicken, celery, onion, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat about 1 1/2 hours.

2. Stage

Add potatoes and carrots; cover and cook another 30 minutes.

3. Stage

Remove chicken from pot, shred it, and return to pot. Add peas and cook only 5 minutes longer.

4. Stage

Add dumplings. To make dumplings: Mix baking mix and milk until a soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto BOILING stew. Simmer covered for 10 minutes, then uncover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
