1. Fresh raspberries 1 (6 ounce) container
2. Sugar-free raspberry syrup (such as Torani®) 1 tablespoon
3. White sugar 2 tablespoons
4. Stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®) 6 packets
5. Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Low-Sugar Raspberry Jam

1 . Stage

Place raspberries in a small pot and mash with a potato masher. Add syrup and bring to a boil. Stir in sugar and stevia. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thick, stirring constantly, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
